John Senior Trophy Success!

WE WON!

Brechin tonight won the John Senior Trophy for prints in some style, with a total score of 121/140, six points clear of Mearns Camera Club in second place.

Top praise goes to Hayley-Jane Stanley who bagged best print of the night with 'Between Two Worlds' scoring a maximum 20 points. Jennifer Moffat (Abstract at the Playpark), Ian Bain (Crested Tit) and Ben Freeman (Rattray Head Dawn) all scored 18/20s early on giving us an unassailable lead.

In the Angus Cup for digital images, things were much closer, and with Ian Hastie claiming 20 points and top image with 'Fast Food' we were in the hunt, but ultimately lost out to Mearns Camera Club who scored a mighty 123/140 and took the trophy. Brechin finished in joint second place with Carnoustie Photo Group on 119 points.
