Meet Our New Committee

Following the AGM in April a new committee was appointed.

Norman Mackenzie agreed to stay on as President with Mike Eyres returning as Vice President. Secretary, Irene Cooper, Treasurer, Iain Wilson and Competition Secretary, Paul Thomson, all returned to their positions. Charlie Allison was happy to continue as the Facebook Administrator for our private group pages. Chamila Brieske, new to the committee, agreed to take on the task of organising speakers for next year, a role fulfilled brilliantly by Iain Wilson for the last few years. Two other new committee members were welcomed, Colin Carr and Haz Fairweather. Anne May is to continue as the editor of the website and the annual magazine.

As the committee for the 2025-2026 session we aim to help Brechin Photographic Society have another successful, entertaining and productive year. We welcome any suggestions from members, please let us know what you think would help us all to learn more, share knowledge and ideas and be inspired to improve our photography and have fun at the same time.
