On Tuesday the 4th February, we are delighted to be able to welcome Donald Ford back to the club to offer his expert appraisal of some of our images, and also speak about his own photography. Donald has been to the club a number of times, and those who have been to previous evenings will know how entertaining he is. Be the Judge, and Main Project Entries
Tomorrow night we will be selecting the club's entries to the Angus Cup (digital) and John Senior Trophy (print) competitions. For those new to the club, each season we compete against Carnoustie Photo Group, Carnoustie Camera Club, Kirriemuir Photography Club and Mearns Camera Club. Each club submits 7 images to each competition, with a maximum of one image per author for each. Last season Brechin retained the John Senior Trophy, and lost out on the double by a single poin


Annual Image Competition Final Round
Thank you to everyone who came along tonight for the judging of the final round of the Annual Image Competition. With each of the three divisions still up for grabs, it was an exciting night, and my brain hurts from trying to calculate the results on the hoof! Particular thanks to Nicola Shepherd LRPS CPAGB EFIAP for her detailed and constructive feedback tonight. Print of the Year 2019/20
The deadlines are coming thick and fast now! Thank you to everyone who submitted images for the Meffan Exhibition, I think we have 39 prints, which will be a great advert for the club.
